Providing you with Mental and Behavioral
Health Care at home and in your community
Pillars started as a small provider offering Daily Living Support Services. The
company was founded in 2014 to fill the need for person-centered care. Since
then, we have expanded to offer a variety of services; Case Management,
Skills Development, Counseling, Group Therapy, and education and training
for staff and providers.
The mission of Pillars Community Outreach, Inc. is to assist individuals with a
wide range of abilities and disabilities to develop the skills necessary for
independent functioning and active participation in their communities.
We believe that communities are strengthened by the active participation of all members.
We believe in not giving up on any person.
We believe that no two people are alike, and that care should be individualized.
We believe that success is attained through overcoming daily challenges.
We believe in treating all people with dignity and respect.
We believe in creating an environment in which every individual may reach their full potential.
